The Ecotourist Cluster in Barahona is made up a group of governmental institutions, foreign cooperation and the private sector, who have shown an interest in reinforcing tourism development in the Southwest Region; especially in the provinces of Barahona, Pedernales, Bahoruco, Independencia and outlying communities and villages.
